Privacy Policy

Overview
Mia & Vi is a coloring-book app. It's built to work entirely on your device, with no account, no sign-in, and no server operated by us that your activity is sent to. This page explains what little data the app touches and why.
Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Mia & Vi doesn't ask for your name, email, or any account details, and it doesn't run analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind.
What Stays on Your Device
Your colored pages, coloring progress, and earned badges are saved locally on your device only. If you save a finished page, it's written to your Photos library — the app can add photos there, but never reads your existing photo library. None of this leaves your device.
In-App Purchases
Book purchases and restores are handled entirely by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). We never see or store your payment details — Apple manages billing, and your purchase record is tied to your Apple ID, not to any account with us.
Links to Other Sites
Some screens include a link to a matching paperback book on Amazon. Tapping one opens Amazon's website outside the app; Amazon's own privacy policy applies once you're there. These are affiliate links — we may earn a small commission on qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you.
Children's Privacy
We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age. Because the app has no account system and stores everything locally, no personal data is ever gathered from children who use it. If you're a parent or guardian with questions about your child's use of the app, please reach out using the contact info below.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above and the new version will appear here.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Mia & Vi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Mia & Vi on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and these terms.
Content and Ownership
The line art, illustrations, characters, and other creative content in Mia & Vi belong to us. Coloring a page for your own enjoyment and saving or sharing that finished picture is fine — reselling, redistributing, or republishing the original artwork or app content itself is not.
Purchases
Books are unlocked through Apple's App Store and tied to your Apple ID. Use Restore Purchases in Settings to recover previous purchases on a new device. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us, per Apple's own policies.
Third-Party Links
Mia & Vi includes affiliate links to matching paperback books on Amazon. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made after tapping one of these links. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of Amazon or any other site you're linked to.
Family Use
Mia & Vi is enjoyed by users of all ages, including children using a family member's device. If a child uses the app, we recommend a parent or guardian supervise use of the Shop and any purchases, since those are billed to the Apple ID signed in on the device.
Disclaimer
Mia & Vi is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
